My Classes

If you are a beginner, have only ever tried yoga at home or you are just curious about yoga and would like to try it, please do not hesitate to join. My classes incorporate different elements so that practitioners of all levels can find them invigorating. On the other hand, if you have always wanted to give Crow pose or Headstand a go then rest assured that I will give you that bit of extra support and knowledge of the correct alignment so that you continue to practice safely.

When you join my class, I will address your strengths and needs individually and lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be.

I always welcome private classes and small group bookings. If you prefer practicing on your own or with your friends or family and would like someone friendly and professional then please do not hesitate to send me an email on urhereyoga@gmail.com to arrange a class.

 

During those sessions I create sequences which are catered to the individual or the group's needs, based on their requests or the things they are interested in learning and practicing.

 

 If you prefer practicing at a studio rather than your own space then I can always find a studio near you so that you feel even more comfortable.
